14 DAY FIT LADIES BASIC TRAINING CAMP



We are embracing fitness and healthy habits in 2017! This Boot Camp is for those who are serious about losing weight, building muscle, and making fitness a permanent habit. The next Camp starts Saturday August 12th at 10:15am.  Camp details can be found below:

  • TRAINING DATES: AUGUST 12, 14-17, 19, 21-24, 26, 28-30
  • TRAINING TIMES: Weekdays at 7:30pm. 10:15am on Saturdays ***30 Minute Workouts***
  • You must commit to all 14 training sessions (Approved Absences Only)
  • The cost of the Training Camp is $55.  (Cash or Check Only) (No Hidden Fees or Extra Charges)
  • Nutritional support
  • Direct Facebook access to ask Dietitian Phyllis nutritional questions
  • Extra workouts to be completed at home (occasionally)
