Moms Spring Into Fitness



We are embracing fitness and healthy habits in 2019! This Boot Camp is for those who are serious about losing weight, building muscle, and making fitness a permanent healthy habit. The next Camp starts March 18, 2019 at 7:30pm.  Camp details can be found below:

  • TRAINING DATES: March 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 28, 30, April 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18

  • TRAINING TIMES: Weekdays at 7:30pm. 8:15am on Saturdays ***30 Minute Workouts***

  • 19 Training Sessions

  • The cost of the Training Camp is $120 (Credit Card or Venmo Only). No Hidden Fees or Extra Charges.
